In an experimental documentary of street life in Istanbul, Turkiye captured with a cellphone, "Urban Noise: Istanbul" (Turkiye, 2019) by Alper Durmaz, images and sounds of street life are imbued with a sense of magic, and otherworldliness, which can be seen especially, in the stark, near-black tonalities.
